Das ist ein Experiment.Es sollte ein ProjektBLOG (P-BLOG ?) zur Ideenfindung werden. Ich besitze ein Grundstück in 1210 Wien. Die Grundstücksfläche ist etwa 1000m2.
Die verbaubare Nutzfläche ist etwa 2500m2 bis 3000m2. Es geht nun darum einen vernünftigen Mix für die Bauplanung zu finden.
